The Search Bar is a tool that enables users to search for articles within your Knowledge Base.
Accessible from any page of your web app or website, you can open the Search Bar by using the shortcut CMD+K (Mac) or CTRL+K (PC) where Answered.so is installed. This feature allows articles to be opened directly in the HelpHub, avoiding the need to redirect to an external page. However, if desired, users can still navigate to the full Knowledge Base article for more detailed information.
To enhance user experience, we suggest curating a selection of your most popular articles to be displayed by default upon the Search Bar's activation. You can set this up by navigating to HelpHub > Widgets > Recommended Articles, ensuring your users have immediate access to the most valuable content.
